Turtle beach usb transmitter not working

When I plug the transmitter to the ps5 and turn on the headset, the transmitter double blinks for 15 seconds then turns solid blue. The headset double blinks with the blue light and never turns solid blue. Eventually the headset turn of and the transmitter stayed solid blue. Need some help. I've seen so much issues with these stealth 700 gen 2.
