The couple has collaborated in writing two books as his wife is an experienced writer and former television anchor in a number of weather-related projects. They are parents of one daughter Eden and two feisty cats and a hamster. Further, he enjoys food and movies.

For quite some time now, our weather has been a recycled version of itself. It rains, gets breezy, cools down, warms up, then does it again, every 2–3 days.
