The staff is great, super freindly and always attentive. The bar is fun and they make a some excellent Chavelas! Even though it's called Burrito Factory, it's all homemade goodness and I'm happy to have such a great family-owned and fun place next to the corporate, soul-less real factories like chipotle or panera.
