Schlage lock not locking or unlocking

So I have an odd issue.. I have the Schlage Connect connected to my hub and had no problems up until now. I can change my passcode on the lock and see accurately when the lock is locked/unlocked, but I cannot lock/unlock through the hub. I have tried resetting the hub, resetting the lock, and I did a full factory restore on the lock.
