Minecraft iron farm not working

Iron farm isn't working after update (Bedrock) My wife built an iron farm on our world, and it was working wonderfully. Ever since the update, it has stopped producing. Cats are still spawning and dying, but the golems have stopped completely. Any idea what happened?
