Stacees have now reluctantly given me an address in China to return my dress, after 6 weeks of ‘tickets’. They said they will refund 70% of total (‘once I have removed my review’), despite it being brand new with tags, perfect condition, just ill fitting. Postage is £25+ so will end up vastly out of pocket.
