188 Posts. #13 · Mar 22, 2021. I've gotten 30 mpg at 70 mph with a Gen 1 2.7EB but that was a Reg Cab XL 4x2 with 3.15 gears. Best I ever got was 26.5 mpg at 65 mph with a Supercab 4x4 3.55. From factory P Tires to an Aftermarket LT with Aggressive Tread I usually figure on a 10% mpg loss.

Offroad conditions present more chances to rub when the truck is flexed...I took my 35's off of my leveled '04 and went down to 33's to gain more clearance when off roading.
