Emails that are sent come from my webserver via phpmailer but I think it is not relevant to the problem since the bounce is triggered by the SPF record for my domain (hard fail). The recipients are people with @hotmail.com emailaddresses but the final destination via their forwarding rules are @gmail.com emailaddresses.
