You don't need to actually run anything, just replace the steam_api.dll by the one you get in the cream_api software, and configure the ini/dlc files and that's it. also make sure to rename the original into the steam_api64_o.dll or steam_api_o.dll depending of how the ini is configured, so you can have a manual backup if the games break, plus IIRC cream_api need to hookup to it
