The best place I've been is Mountain Spa in Midway. It's an abandoned natural hot spring resort. The buildings have trash inside but are all standing; I was able to walk around in the upstairs floors as of last spring. There's a large abandoned pool, small soaking pools, lots of buildings, and a geothermal crater. I'd highly recommend it!
